I feel so frustrated by this. Like you know about all of these complex concepts but you can't see how gendered roles can be harmful??

A similar thing happened to me once. In 200 level, we had a substitute teacher for a class. I don’t know who hired this guy because we went from finance discussions to his marriage and how he struggles with commitment and cheats but it’s okay because his wife is aware that’s who he is. Ehn?? I got up and left😭 Thank God I had already signed attendance

😭😭😭😭It's women like my lecturer that enable men like him. So annoying. Me I couldn't even leave because of like respect politics.

I laughed a lot while reading this😅but feeling like an outcast cause of my feminist beliefs, I have cone to a point in my life where I ask myself if talk too much about gender issues because I can't help myself when someone makes a stupid misogynistic and sexist comment. I have girls tell me, I don't get guys or can't keep guys cause I am a feminist and I see myself not wanting to call myself one in public in the mist of people for fear that I would be looked at differently and when I see someone that shares in my beliefs, I leap with joy 😅. Rightly said, it's not me it's them.

I’m so sorry, I’d actually be fuming if I were in your position. Sometimes we’re meant to stand alone to realize our own strengthens. Sending you love.

Horrible. Men cheating is absolutely a sin. If she was a muslim saying it's ok for men to be polygamous, I would understand but a Christian? Tsk tsk.
